Met with 30+ departments to conduct interviews to gather user data and interviews. Used Google Webmaster tools and Google analytics for ongoing SEO maintenance.
Wrote a style guide for 30+ users that outlined best practices in usability and web content creation. Worked with in house front-end developer to implement best practices in web design.
